Dear Upper Midwest Diocese,

The Province released an announcement yesterday regarding the ongoing investigation of our Diocese, which you can find here.

In case you’re unfamiliar with the background, Bishop Stewart Ruch requested and remains on a voluntary and temporary leave of absence for the sake of an impartial investigation into our Diocese (see his letter here).
